I need an experienced agronomist to guide me through the growth and maintenance phase of my cereal crops. Your primary task will be crop management, using your soil and plant-science expertise to keep the stand healthy, vigorous, and on track for maximum yield. I will share field histories, current soil-test data, and weekly scouting notes. From there, I’m counting on you to translate that information into clear, actionable steps—nutrient schedules, pest and disease thresholds, irrigation or moisture-management tweaks, and any in-season adjustments that protect grain quality. You’ll need to: • Analyse the soil data I provide and tie it directly to crop-stage needs. • Recommend precise fertiliser, micronutrient, and amendment applications. • Flag emerging stresses early (weeds, insects, disease) and outline rapid responses that fit local regulations. • Provide concise checklists or field notes I can follow each week. Success looks like: timely interventions, measurable improvements in plant vigour, and a harvest that matches or beats regional benchmarks. If you have a proven track record with cereals and can work collaboratively online, I’d like to start as soon as possible.
