Experienced HVAC Dispatcher Needed

I’m looking for a reliable dispatcher who can take full ownership of the day-to-day flow in our HVAC company. Your core responsibility is to keep our techs productive and our customers happy by working inside Housecall Pro all day. You will schedule every maintenance appointment the moment it’s requested, monitor incoming service tickets, and immediately match the right technician to each job based on location, skill set, and availability. Clear, proactive communication with both clients and field techs is critical, so I expect timely phone, text, and in-app updates until every work order is closed. Because we already run everything through Housecall Pro, you must be fully comfortable with its calendar, dispatch board, and real-time tracking features from day one—no exceptions. If you already know how to generate follow-up reminders, update job statuses, and pull daily route reports in the platform, you’ll ramp up quickly. Deliverables I will review weekly: • All new maintenance calls time-stamped and placed on the calendar within 15 minutes of receipt • Service requests triaged, assigned, and confirmed with customers and technicians • Live technician routes optimized in Housecall Pro before 7 a.m. each workday • End-of-day summary noting completed jobs, pending parts, and any rescheduled visits If you’re detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and ready to dive straight into Housecall Pro to keep our service operation running smoothly, let’s talk.
