Our Risk & Compliance practice are looking for experienced Economic Crime Consultants / Senior Consultants to join the team.

We help our clients to better understand how Economic Crime can be carried out through their organisations and to put in place targeted controls, enabling them to manage this risk efficiently.
Assessing and benchmarking the effectiveness of firms’ Economic Crime regulation, legislation, and industry best practices Implementing and/or optimising Economic Crime technology solutions such as client lifecycle management and KYC capture, transaction monitoring, customer screening and payment screening Supporting data quality assessments, data transformation/data integration (ETL) and data visualisation. Demonstratable knowledge of vendor products commonly used to combat Economic Crime Conducting risk assessments to identify top Economic Crime risks and helping firms with mitigation plans and roadmaps Designing and supporting the implementation of Economic Crime target operating models Designing and implementing a range of key Economic Crime controls, translating regulatory requirements into business and functional requirements that describe the system, data, process, and control changes required to achieve compliance Assist in leading the planning and delivery of Economic Crime change programmes and projects Raising visibility of our Economic Crime capability, both internally and externally
Your skills and experience
We are looking for passionate and curious individuals who have excellent relationship building and communication skills, and thrive in a team environment Experience working with SQL, Python, VBA, or other programming languages is desired, but not essential Experience operating within the Economic Crime consulting space Demonstratable knowledge and understanding of the current Economic Crime legal and regulatory landscape and key regulatory initiatives The ability to constantly learn and grow whilst delivering results in a challenging client-facing environment
