Summit has multiple global Phase 3 clinical studies, including: Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) HARMONi: Phase 3 clinical study which was intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to placebo plus chemotherapy in patients with EGFR-mutated, locally advanced or metastatic non-squamous NSCLC who were previously treated with a 3rd generation EGFR TKI. HARMONi-3: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab combined with chemotherapy compared to pembrolizumab combined with chemotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC. HARMONi-7: Phase 3 clinical study which is intended to evaluate ivonescimab monotherapy compared to pembrolizumab monotherapy in patients with first-line metastatic NSCLC. Colorectal Cancer (CRC) HARMONi-GI3: Phase 3 clinical study intended to evaluate ivonescimab in combination with chemotherapy compared with bevacizumab plus chemotherapy. Ivonescimab is an investigational therapy not presently approved by any regulatory authority other than China’s National Medical Products Administration (NMPA). Summit is headquartered in Miami, Florida, and has additional offices in California, New Jersey, the UK, and Ireland. Overview of Role:

The Regional Business Director (RBD) will lead the successful launch and commercialization of

ivonescimab

within

an assigned U.S. region. Reporting to the

Head of

U.S. Sales, the RBD

is responsible for

executing national sales strategies, leading a high-performing team of

oncology

account managers,

and driving regional performance to achieve commercial

objectives.

The RBD will recruit, develop, and coach a field sales team while fostering strong collaboration with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and other cross-functional partners. This leader will serve as the voice of the field by

providing

customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market feedback to

optimize

commercial execution.

This role will report

to

the

Head of US Sales.

Role and Responsibilities:

Execute national sales strategies and business plans to achieve regional

sales objectives

and market share goals.

Recruit, develop, coach, and

retain

a high-performing team of

oncology

account

managers, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence.

Lead regional launch readiness and execution, ensuring sales representatives are prepared to effectively promote

ivonescimab

and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Monitor regional sales performance through KPIs, performance metrics, and business analytics; provide ongoing coaching and development to maximize team effectiveness.

Develop strategic regional business plans and account strategies to

optimize

customer engagement and resource deployment.

Partner closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, Commercial Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure aligned execution of commercial initiatives.

Build and

maintain

strong relationships with key oncology customers, healthcare systems, and regional stakeholders.

Gather and communicate customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics to inform commercial strategy and continuous improvement.

Lead regional sales meetings, business reviews, and field coaching activities to reinforce strategic priorities and share best practices.

Ensure all commercial activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and applicable legal requirements.

Manage regional travel, expenses, and resources responsibly.

Experience, Education and Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in business,

life

sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum

of

10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology sales experience, including 5+ years of oncology sales leadership

experience

Recent experience leading or supporting oncology product launches; NSCLC experience strongly preferred.

Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing oncology sales teams.

Strong coaching, leadership, and performance management skills.

Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable business plans.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional commercial and medical teams.

Strong understanding of the oncology marketplace, customer landscape, and account-based selling.

Ability to travel up to 75%, including overnight travel, based on business needs.
