Title: B2B lead generation & email outreach for a Bengaluru gifting brand — Diwali corporate campaign (4 weeks) Budget: ₹10,000–15,000 fixed + ₹300 per qualified meeting booked Description: Wara (waraliving.com) is a modern Indian gifting brand — handcrafted candles, incense and home fragrance. Our clients include Conrad, Hyatt, ITC, St. Regis, HSBC and Amazon. We're running a Diwali corporate gifting campaign and need someone to fill the top of the funnel for 4 weeks starting immediately.

What you'll do

Build a list of 300 decision-makers in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Hyderabad and Delhi NCR: HR heads, admin/office managers, founders of 50–500 person companies, hotel purchase managers, wedding planners and event agencies. Each row: name, designation, company, city, LinkedIn URL, verified email, phone where possible. Send a 3-step cold email sequence (we'll give you the copy and catalogue; you can suggest improvements) from our domain via a tool you're comfortable with (Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, or Gmail + Mailmeteor). Send LinkedIn connection requests and follow-ups from the founder's profile using a script we approve. Reply to interested leads and book a 15-minute call on the founder's calendar. Maintain a simple Google Sheet tracker: contacted → replied → meeting booked → quote sent. Deliverables Week 1: 300-contact list delivered and approved; sequence live Weeks 2–4: minimum 20 qualified meetings booked (company with 25+ employees or a hotel/event agency, decision-maker on the call) Daily update on WhatsApp, weekly summary on Friday You must have Done B2B email outreach for an Indian company before — share one example with reply rates Access to a verified email data source (Apollo, Lusha, Snov, or equivalent) Working knowledge of Indian corporate gifting or festive procurement is a big plus
