Legal Representation: I already hold a Lebanese guardianship order confirming my legal authority and right to care for my elderly and ill mother, who is resident in Beirut, Lebanon. I now require court representation—most likely before the Al-Ajala Court—to enforce my existing legal rights and obtain access to my mother, by a lawyer registered with the Lebanese Bar Association. Scope of Work: 1- Obtain and enforce my personal visitation rights at her residence. Obtain a ruling authorising a representative of mine to visit my ill mother regularly, especially whenever I am outside Lebanon, to check on her wellbeing on my behalf. 2- Coordinate with the court, court clerks, and the opposing side, including all required notifications and service of documents. Follow the matter through until the relevant orders are issued and properly served. Take any necessary legal enforcement steps to ensure that the visit takes place in accordance with the court order. 3- To check whether any claim has already been filed against me. Materials on Hand: All current court orders and relevant supporting documents are available and can be provided to the appointed lawyer. Fees: I would agree on a fixed, reasonable fee. Communication: As I reside outside Lebanon, regular updates by email or WhatsApp are expected so that I can monitor the progress of the matter from abroad.
