About the job

I already have a full set of residential plans that came back from the US permitting office with red-line comments. I now need those corrections integrated, plus a complete set of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing drawings—HVAC system, electrical wiring, and plumbing layout—along with any missing structural details so the package can be resubmitted without further revisions. You’ll be working independently, so a solid grasp of current US residential codes (IRC, IBC, NEC, IPC, IECC) and the typical formatting standards most jurisdictions expect is essential. The original files are in AutoCAD; if you prefer Revit or another BIM platform, that’s fine as long as the final sheets are delivered in both PDF and DWG. Acceptance criteria • All permit-department mark-ups addressed and clouded. • Separate, fully coordinated HVAC, electrical, and plumbing sheets ready for engineer stamp. • Structural call-outs and schedules added where the reviewer flagged gaps. • Title blocks, scale, sheet numbers, and revision history updated consistently. • Final submission set passes a pre-check on my end with no code or notation conflicts. I’ll share the current DWGs and the review comments as soon as we start. Let me know your turnaround time for the first updated draft and a brief note on similar US residential permit jobs you have completed.
