I need a complete electronic design that takes 220 VAC mains and delivers three regulated outputs on a single, production-ready PCB: • 180 VDC (driving a 0.5 HP permanent-magnet DC motor with PWM speed control) • 24 VDC (to power a secondary 24 V motor) • 5 VDC (logic rail for an external MCU) The same board should also be able to switch an AC lamp directly from the 220 VAC line. Functional expectations – PWM is the chosen speed-control method for the main motor. – The enclosure will be IP20, so the layout must respect basic finger-safe clearances yet does not need water sealing. – Mandatory protections: overload, short-circuit and thermal shutdown on every power rail and the motor driver stage. What I expect to receive 1. Schematics, PCB layout and Gerber/ODB++ files ready for fabrication. 2. A thoroughly cross-checked BOM with manufacturer part numbers and at least two sourcing options for critical parts. 3. Simulation or bench-test evidence (LTspice, PSpice, … or scope captures) that the driver meets voltage, current and protection specs. 4. Assembly drawings, test points and a brief production test procedure so a contract manufacturer can build and validate boards without further input. 5. Optional but appreciated: 3D CAD of the populated board to confirm mechanical fit. Please note any preferred CAD tool (Altium, KiCad, Eagle, etc.) when you reply—files must be provided in native format as well as neutral outputs. I will be available for quick clarifications and can sign off milestones as each deliverable is reviewed.
