TikTok Manager & Creator

I’m looking for a seasoned TikTok specialist to take full control of the Dr Phil Aesthetics account. The profile is already live; what I need now is one person (or a tight-knit duo) who can handle everything each month—from ideation to posting to answering DMs. Scope of work • Create 15–20 TikToks every month, split 50/50 between two styles: – Trend-led, comedic “character” pieces in the spirit of @drmiami – Street-interview makeover arcs: stop someone, ask “Would you improve your smile if you could?”, show an instant digital mock-up, then film the chairside transformation through to the final reveal—all as one continuous story. • Build and maintain the content calendar, write punchy captions, schedule uploads and keep our posting cadence steady. • Monitor comments and messages daily, replying in brand voice to grow the community. • Suggest and implement your own workflow; I’m not tied to Hootsuite, Buffer or Sprout Social (I currently use none). • Film and edit with your own gear—smartphone, professional camera, lighting, mics—whatever delivers crisp vertical video ready for TikTok. What success looks like • Consistent delivery of 15–20 high-quality videos every month • Engagement handled within 24 hours • Steady growth in reach, followers and UGC The engagement covers filming days, editing, posting and community management.
