Part-Time Hindi-speaking E-commerce Telecaller

Job Title: Part-Time E-commerce Telecaller / Order Confirmation Expert (Hindi Speaking) Job Description: We are a growing e-commerce brand looking for a reliable, polite, and persuasive Telecaller to manage our daily Cash on Delivery (COD) order confirmations. Because we operate on a COD model, your primary job is to call every customer immediately after they place an order, confirm their intent to purchase, and verify their exact delivery address (including landmarks and pin codes) to prevent failed deliveries (RTO). Your Daily Tasks: Log into our Google Sheet / Shopify dashboard to view daily incoming COD orders. Call customers within a few hours of their order placement. Politely confirm the product they ordered and the total price. Verify their complete shipping address (ask for local landmarks). Update the order status (Confirmed, Cancelled, or Fake) in our system. (Optional Bonus) Encourage customers to convert their COD order to a prepaid UPI order. Salary / Budget: This is a part-time role requiring 1 to 2 hours of work daily. We are offering a fixed rate of ₹3,500/month [OR state: ₹6 per successfully verified order]. Please bid accordingly. Eligibility Criteria & Requirements: Language: Must be fluent in Hindi (Mandatory for pan-India calling) and have a basic understanding of English. Knowing regional languages (like Gujarati, Marathi, etc.) is a big plus. Voice & Tone: Must have a clear, professional, and polite speaking voice. Equipment: Must have a smartphone, a reliable internet connection, and an active calling plan (Jio/Airtel unlimited calling). Tech Skills: Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel. (Experience with Shopify or Dropdash is a bonus, but we will train you). Availability: Must be available to make calls daily (including weekends, as e-commerce runs 24/7) during standard daytime hours.
