Tanzanian Market Analyst & Social Media Manager

Tanzania Market Research & Social Media Freelancer – T-Shirts We are an India-based merchant exporter looking for a Tanzania-based freelancer, preferably in Dar es Salaam, to support our T-shirt business.

Responsibilities

* Research Tanzania’s mass-market T-shirt and polo market. * Find wholesale/retail prices, popular fabrics, GSM, colours, sizes and styles. * Identify importers, wholesalers, distributors and institutional buyers. * Compare competing Chinese, Indian and local products. * Assist with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp marketing. * Contact potential buyers and follow up on leads. * Handle basic administrative and coordination work when required.

Requirements

* Must be based in Tanzania. * Good English and Swahili. * Strong local-market knowledge. * Comfortable visiting markets and speaking with wholesalers/retailers. * Experience in market research, apparel, sales or social media is preferred. * Able to provide genuine market data, contacts, prices and photographs.
