I also want real-world credibility on display through a rotating user-testimonial carousel and an always-visible live-chat widget so prospects can speak to us while browsing. Because the service runs on a SaaS model, the codebase should be easy to update, support conversion-focused CTAs, and leave room for future self-service signup flows. Light, semantic HTML/CSS, responsive design, fast load times, and SEO-ready meta tags are expected.
