Dubai Executive Job Hunter (AI / Tech Product Leadership)

Project Overview: I’m looking for an experienced Dubai-based recruiter, HR professional, executive job hunter, or recruitment agency to act as my personal job-search partner in the Dubai/UAE market. My profile is in AI Product Management, Enterprise Technology, Digital Transformation, and Fashion Retail Tech/Supply Chain Technology. While Fashion Retail Tech is my strongest domain expertise, I’m open to senior technology and product leadership roles across multiple industries. Important: This is NOT a CV writing or interview coaching project.

What You Will Do

• Your responsibility is to actively hunt and market my profile to generate interview opportunities. • Find relevant senior roles across LinkedIn, company career pages, job portals, recruitment firms, and executive search agencies. • Identify target companies and hiring managers in Dubai/UAE. • Find recruiters, HR professionals, Talent Acquisition teams, and decision-makers on LinkedIn. • Send personalized LinkedIn messages and emails on my behalf. • Share my CV with relevant recruiters and agencies. • Follow up with recruiters and hiring managers after outreach. • Where appropriate, make professional calls to recruitment agencies to pitch my profile. • Maintain a tracker of applications, outreach, responses, and follow-ups. Goal: Get interview calls and help me land the right job. Target Roles Examples include: • AI Product Manager / AI Product Lead • Senior / Group Product Manager • Product Director • Technology Product Director • Director – Digital Transformation • Enterprise Technology / Platform Product roles • Fashion Retail Technology and Supply Chain Technology leadership roles Who Should Apply: • Must be based in Dubai. • Several years of experience in recruitment, HR, executive search, or professional job hunting. • Proven experience placing senior technology, AI, product, or digital transformation professionals in the UAE market. • Strong LinkedIn networking and recruiter outreach experience. • Existing network with Dubai recruiters and hiring managers is a big advantage. Not suitable: CV writers, generic application submitters, or freelancers without Dubai recruitment experience. Payment Terms: This is a milestone-based project: - No upfront payment. - Payments will be released after agreed milestones are completed. - I’m open to a success-oriented payment structure based on interview generation and overall progress."
