n8n and Make.com : AI Calling Agent Developer

We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Developer to design and build an AI Calling Agent and workflow automation system using n8n and Make.com for our Sales, Account Management (AM), Bench Marketing (BM), and Recruitment teams. The solution should focus on outbound calling, natural conversation flow, qualification, objection handling, follow-ups, transcription, summary, disposition, meeting/callback scheduling, human handoff, Zoho CRM updates, email/SMS automation, recruitment workflow automation, JD and resume analysis, candidate-to-JD matching, CEIPAL integration, and reporting. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience building AI voice agents and business automation workflows using n8n and Make.com, preferably with experience integrating Zoho CRM, CEIPAL/ATS, telephony/voice platforms, and AI/LLM services. Please share examples of similar AI calling agents, your experience with n8n or Make.com, Zoho CRM API, CEIPAL/ATS integrations, and your estimated cost.
