I have an STEP design of a medical drill device with me, i want 2 changes in the design with compatibility for CNC machining/milling with supporting files

drill designed for the pterygoid region of the maxillary arch for implant placement. The STEP FILE only needs a few changes to be completed for production. The current drill design has a flat tip, which needs to be a triangular tip, and the shank of the drill should be ISO 1797 standard, specifically classified as Type 1, which is universally referred to as the RA (Right Angle) or Latch-type shank.
