My residential sewage line has developed a stubborn obstruction that is isolating the bathroom sink only; the toilet and shower remain unaffected. Water now drains extremely slowly, so a straightforward chemical pour-in solution is no longer enough. What I need is a professional-grade mechanical or hydro solution—whether that is a hand or power auger, mini-jetting, or a small-diameter inspection camera—to locate and clear the clog without damaging existing PVC. Once flow is fully restored I would also like a brief note (photos or a short video clip are fine) confirming the blockage location and probable cause, plus any simple preventative tips I can follow. Access is easy: the vanity has a removable panel that exposes the trap, and there is a clean-out just outside the bathroom if you prefer to come in from the line.
