Trello Workflow Coordinator Needed

Creative Project Coordinator — Trello, 1-2 hrs/day, ongoing We're a creative studio looking for a coordinator to own the flow from client request to delivery. Someone who is familiar with the creative design process and is excellent with customer service. You'd handle: Trello board management Client communication and customer service Following up on approvals Scheduling Organizing assets and files Client onboarding Tracking deadlines Flagging scope creep before it becomes a problem The chain you'd be running is: Client > Request > Creative Team > Revisions > Approval > Delivery. The most important thing: we need someone who can run that without us checking in constantly. If you need daily direction, this isn't the right fit. If you like owning a process end to end, it is. Strong written and spoken English is required. You'll be talking to our clients. 1-2 hours per day, ongoing, starting immediately. This is a long-term role.
