I run a busy party-hire business and need an entry-level customer service assistant who can quickly pick up our processes. Your day will be spent helping new and existing clients over the phone, by email, and through live chat. Typical interactions range from answering product or availability questions, taking and confirming bookings in our system, through to calmly resolving the occasional complaint so every event stays on track. I will provide step-by-step guides, templates, and ongoing feedback, so a positive attitude and the ability to learn fast are more important than years of experience. Clear English, a friendly tone, and reliable internet/phone access are must-haves.
